How can I treat my sick bunny rabbit at home?

My rabbit is a female. About 4 months old. She is an indoor rabbit and runs around the house all the time. She is usually extremely energetic. But today her poop looks different a lot smaller and in different shapes. She is also lethargic, not moving at all. She won’t eat or drink. I can’t take her to the vet tomorrow.
